This privacy policy applies to private Google-connected household automation tools operated under k-hub for Frank Dillon and authorized assistants.
Information accessed
Depending on the connected service, these tools may access Gmail content, Gmail metadata, Google account email address, and related account settings needed to operate approved automation features.
How information is used
Information is used only to provide personal productivity, inbox management, reminders, notification handling, and household coordination features that the account owner or an authorized operator intentionally enables.
Sharing
Google user data is not sold. Google user data is not shared with third parties except service providers or infrastructure components that are necessary to operate the authorized automation workflow.
Storage and retention
Data may be stored on private servers or local tooling only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested automation, maintain audit history, troubleshoot issues, or satisfy legal obligations.
User control
Access can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the Google account, revoking the app in Google account permissions, or contacting the operator.
